welke overheid (overheden) verantwoordelijk zijn voor het geultje naar
Noordpolderzijl. Er is geen twijfel over dat dit de gemeente Eemsmond is. Dat
ontkennen ze ook helemaal niet.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>Ze vinden het niet nuttig er aandacht aan te
schenken voor die enkeling die daar gebruik van maakt, tenminste dat is onze
conclusie. </FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>"Onze" is hierbij deze wel meer dan het
Watersportverbond, denk maar aan de Wadlopers die vanuit Noordpolderzijl
starten. Hun belang is vele malen groter dan dat van watersporters. De
wadlooporganisatie waar de Boschwad en Noordster voor varen hebben
zelfs al een schadeclaim ingediend bij de gemeente Eemsmond. Andere
wadlooporganisaties overwegen dat ook.</FONT></DIV>
