<P class=ecxMsoNormal style="MARGIN-BOTTOM: 11.25pt"><B><FONT face=Arial color=#183152 size=1><SPAN style="FONT-WEIGHT: bold; FONT-SIZE: 8.5pt; COLOR: #183152; FONT-FAMILY: Arial">Gouden verbondsspeld voor Martin Loos</SPAN></FONT></B><FONT face=Arial color=#183152 size=1><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 8.5pt; COLOR: #183152; FONT-FAMILY: Arial"><BR><IMG style="FLOAT: left; WIDTH: 267px; HEIGHT: 200px" height=250 alt="Hugo Snoekc speldt Martin Loos de Gouden Verbondsspeld op" src="cid:image001.jpg@01CB90A6.A30F2240" width=333>Martin Loos kreeg uit handen van Hugo Snoekc de Gouden Verbondspeld uitgereikt vanwege zijn verdiensten voor het Watersportverbond. “Uw inspanningen hebben zich altijd gericht op het behouden van een goed evenwicht tussen mens en natuur, tussen economie en omgeving, tussen veiligheid en durf, tussen varen en droogvallen. Veel van uw inspanningen zijn zichtbaar aanwezig. Denk maar aan de betonning van de kleinere geulen en de bemensing van de vuurtorens. Alhoewel u reeds eerder een onderscheiding van de NNWB heeft mogen ontvangen voor uw werk op het Wad is het een genoegen om u bij uw afscheid de Gouden Verbondsspeld te mogen uitreiken", aldus Snoekc tegenover Loos. </SPAN></FONT></P>

<FONT face="Times New Roman" size=3><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt">Een jaar of tien heb ik, soms in het kielzog van, Martin gezien en gehoord wat hij allemaal probeerde te bepleiten en bereiken bij overheden in de veelheid aan waddengremia voor waddengebruikers, bewoners en vissers. Niet alleen op het Nederlandse wad, maar ook internationaal. Ik heb altijd bewondering gehad voor zijn doorzettingsvermogen en het blijven streven naar win-win situaties.</SPAN></FONT><BR>
<FONT face="Times New Roman" size=3><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt">De gouden verbondsspeld heeft hij meer dan verdiend ook al valt er nog steeds blijvend veel te bepleiten bij waddenoverheden. </SPAN></FONT><BR>
